Winter Retreat - Expression of interest

Not an actual event, we've been talking about organising another ODK winter retreat and want to gauge interest, and work out the best time to have it.
What is it?
Usually we go away for a weekend Friday afternoon to Sunday (or Monday morning) and rent a cottage/barn of some description with a hot tub (this is a retreat staple) and order all our food and drink to be delivered, we then cook together (breakfast and dinner, for lunch people make themselves a snack if they want), and generally craft, read, chat, play games etc and just CHILL OUT. If we're lucky there will be a cosy country pub we can walk to.
When is it?
We're aiming for late January/early February - peak miserable British winter
Where is it?
As yet undecided until we have numbers but in the past we've been to Hereford, the Black Forest and South Wales but ideally within 2 hours drive of Oxford, we car share and reimburse the lovely drivers.
How much will it cost?
Usually we can do this for around £230 per person, it might be a little bit more and again will depend on numbers but this will include everything - the accommodation, food & drink (including alcohol), petrol for the drivers (if you choose to make your own way via train for example you would need to pay this yourself). We'd need a deposit to secure your place and the balance to be paid nearer the time (all TBC)
Can I bring a friend?
The retreat will be prioritised to active ODK members (aka those with a current subscription), if we can't fill all spots then we could potentially open places up to lapsed members and friends of the group
